The practitioner
Megan, FNP
Board-certified family nurse practitioner. She began as a nurse’s aide in 2007, trained through Liberty University and Baltimore critical care, then spent seven years at Legacy Salmon Creek. In 2021 she founded Cascade Infusions and Private Care and guided more than a thousand people through severe illness at home — with no patient losses. The house opened in 2024 so that work could leave the clinic hallway.
